Unless otherwise requested, all desired services will be combined in one voucher!

PURCHASE AND VALIDITY
OF VOUCHERS

Vouchers can currently only be purchased directly on site.

Value vouchers are valid for 30 years from the date of issue.

Product vouchers for an agreed service can be used without restriction until the next price increase on (January 1, 2025). After that, an additional payment must be made in accordance with the current price list.

Cash redemption (even partial) is not possible!

PARTICIPATION IN GUIDED TOURS
WITH VOUCHERS

When purchasing a voucher, it is not necessary to specify a specific date for your visit. However, in order to participate in house tours, family tours, or evening tours, it is necessary to register in advance by phone or email.

House tours are tours that we offer at fixed times of the day for spontaneous participation.

If you have chosen an exclusive tour for a group: For undated group tours, an appointment must be made at least 14 days in advance.

Please notify us of any changes to already booked appointments at least 10 days in advance!
